    Roncy Rocks! Coming June 19

    Roncy Rocks!, our first annual celebration of art, music and culture in Roncesvalles Village, is happening on June 19!

    We will have stages and art displays all up and down Roncesvalles Avenue from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., as well as more art and music in various places on Roncesvalles until late into the evening!

    Here’s the finalized lineup for the music on stages. We will also have lots and lots of activities in cafes and shops up and down the street, so come on out!

    Here’s the final schedule for performers at Roncy Rocks tomorrow:

    smallgolf.jpgThe Knights of Columbus (associated with St. Casimir and St. Stanislaus Parishes) are hosting the fifth annual Father Michael Smith Memorial Golf Tournament for the benefit of Copernicus Lodge (66 Roncesvalles Ave.)

    Roncesvalles Rides For Heart!

    roncyrideforheart.jpgOn June 6 2010 RVBIA Coordinator Keith Denning will be participating in the Ride For Heart in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation. He’ll be doing the 75km route decked out in Roncesvalles Village paraphernalia, and would like you to get involved.
    You can get involved in two ways, the Easy Way and the Hard Way!

    The Easy Way: Sponsor Keith!
    You can sponsor him online at rideforheart.ca. Click on Sponsor Now and search for Keith Denning. All such sponsorships will be reflected in the group “Roncesvalles Rides For Heart.” All online sponsorships are tax deductible, as are offline sponsorships over $20.
